My Website is up!!! And in other news...

i was in the same position a few years ago where my job was being eliminated and i rushed to find another position which brings me to my current predicament of borderline loathing my job and in desparate need of a new one. i was so petrified to be without a job that i took the first thing that was offered.

you have the opportunity now to be able to plan for what you want instead of being thrown into it. i wouldn't abandon the plans for writing or the dog tee business or freelancing just because it turns out that you're not getting laid off. it might've just been the little shove you needed in order to see that it can be a reality in the near future.

p.s. i love america's next top model

Thanks Val, yeah, I think this was a good wakeup call, that I really need to get my own thing going, which is what I want anyway...
[this is good]
wow. congratulations.... and what a rollercoaster!

you can still use this for some good.... who knows, maybe they will let you take a leave of absence at some point. while you are working, you can save money and plot it.... you should go travel somewhere fun... and write!

happy thanksgiving! :)
I need to find a middle ground with this - I know what I want to do, adn I can still do it. I don't have to be unemployed to get my book published or my dog site out to the word. And when I'm ready to go out on my own, I'll know it. I won't need an economic crisis to give me that final push.
That is very good. You'll get there =) Happy Thanksgiving!
