I heart Obama (and the tees are here!!)
I'm not much of a political commentator, but I can't really let Obama's speech last night go by without remarking on how amazing he is and how exciting this election is. I feel like he's exactly what we need, he's energetic, he's charismatic, he's so intelligent... I was worried about Biden at first but I'm totally on board now. And, that guy has a smile like a ray of sunshine. McCain picking Palin as his VP? Are you kidding? This woman has no record and a scandal the size of her state. There is part of me that's worried though, I got so excited about the last election, not necessarily about Kerry, but I just felt it would be impossible for Bush to get elected again. And then he did. Obama makes me want to believe we can change things. If he doesn't get elected I just might have to move to Canada.
And now about the dog tees:
Wohoo! Good thing I decided to leave for work at 10 am today... I was just about to leave when the UPS guy rang my bell. I've never been so happy to see one of those guys. I'm going away for a wedding this weekend and was worried I would miss the delivery... The UPS guy was in a great mood too. I hate it when you're really excited about a package and then you open the door and the guy basically drop kicks it to you. Not this guy. If this had been a musical we would have started dancing and singing or something. The bugs from my apartment would even have joined in, like the kitchen scene from "The Muppets Take Manhattan."
Ok, so next step is to photograph my dog model, Owl, in the dog tees. Then get the images up on the website...
I woke up tired but my body was craving hot yoga today... I got some writing done instead and received my dog tees. I think the hot yoga might be a new obsession...
